Services Provided<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC may provide services including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Graphic design<\/li><li>Website design and redesign<\/li><li>Website hosting<\/li><li>Domain registration and transfer assistance<\/li><li>Website maintenance and support<\/li><li>Print design and print management<\/li><li>Business cards, brochures, flyers, signs, banners, decals, labels, and printed materials<\/li><li>Commercial embroidery<\/li><li>DTF transfers<\/li><li>Dye sublimation<\/li><li>Laser engraving<\/li><li>Promotional products and custom branded items<\/li><li>WordPress plugin products and licenses through BRC Labs<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Services may be quoted individually or sold as packages. Any service not specifically included in a written quote, invoice, or package description may require an additional charge.<\/p><h2>3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request. Pricing may change if project requirements, quantities, materials, turnaround time, design needs, or technical requirements change.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unless otherwise stated, quoted pricing may not include additional revisions, rush fees, specialty materials, shipping upgrades, third-party fees, premium plugins, stock photography, copywriting, photography, domain renewals, advanced programming, or additional website functionality.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update pricing, or decline a project that falls outside our scope of service.<\/p><h2>4. Payments<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Payment terms will be listed on the invoice, quote, product page, or checkout page.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some products or services may require full payment before work begins. Larger projects may require a deposit, progress payment, or final payment before files, websites, products, or access are released.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Recurring services, including hosting, maintenance, software licenses, and plugin renewals, are billed according to the billing cycle selected at purchase.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in delayed work, paused services, suspension of hosting, loss of access to paid features, or cancellation of service.<\/p><h2>5. Website Design Projects<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Website design projects are based on the agreed scope of work. The client is responsible for providing content, photos, logos, login access, approvals, and other materials needed to complete the project.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, incomplete information, third-party platforms, hosting issues outside our control, domain issues, or unavailable client access.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unless otherwise stated, website packages do not include advanced custom programming, e-commerce setup, booking systems, membership areas, custom plugins, premium plugin licenses, copywriting, professional photography, or extensive SEO campaigns.<\/p><h2>6. Website Hosting<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC offers website hosting services subject to fair use and allowed package space. Hosting clients are responsible for keeping website content lawful, secure, and appropriate.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Hosting services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, malware, phishing, spam, excessive server resource use, illegal content, copyright infringement, or activity that threatens server security or performance.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable hosting, Blueray Concepts, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free hosting service.<\/p><h2>7. Domain Registration and Transfers<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Domain registration, renewal, and transfer services may be provided directly or through third-party registrars. Domain availability and pricing are subject to change.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients are responsible for keeping domain contact information accurate and current. Failure to renew a domain on time may result in service interruption, loss of email, loss of website access, redemption fees, or permanent loss of the domain.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC is not responsible for expired domains, inaccurate registrant information, registrar delays, transfer denials, domain disputes, or failure by the client to respond to required domain verification requests.<\/p><h2>8. Graphic Design, Printing, and Custom Products<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Graphic design and custom product orders may require customer approval before production. Once an item is approved and sent to print, embroidery, engraving, sublimation, DTF, decal, sign, or other production, changes may not be possible.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Colors may vary between screens, proofs, print materials, garments, threads, substrates, and production methods. Minor variations in color, placement, material, or finish may occur.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Custom products, printed items, embroidered items, engraved items, personalized merchandise, and made-to-order products are generally not refundable unless there is a production error caused by Blueray Concepts, LLC.<\/p><h2>9. Customer-Supplied Artwork<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, photo, font, design, trademark, wording, or other content submitted to Blueray Concepts, LLC.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues involving customer-supplied materials.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If submitted artwork is not production-ready, additional design, cleanup, vector conversion, digitizing, or file preparation fees may apply.<\/p><h2>10. Revisions and Approvals<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Project revisions are limited to the number included in the quote or package. Additional revisions may be billed separately.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully, including spelling, grammar, contact information, colors, quantities, sizes, dates, addresses, and layout. Approval means the client accepts the proof as ready for production or publication.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the client.<\/p><h2>11. BRC Labs WordPress Plugins<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">BRC Labs WordPress plugins are software products developed by Blueray Concepts, LLC.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Plugin purchases may include a license key, access to plugin downloads, updates, and support according to the license purchased. License terms may vary by product, number of sites, renewal status, and purchase agreement.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A valid active license may be required for Pro features, updates, downloads, support, cloud-related features, or other paid functionality.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If a license expires or is canceled, the plugin may continue to operate at the free or limited feature level, but paid features, updates, downloads, support, and license-only features may be disabled.<\/p><h2>12. Plugin Compatibility<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">BRC Labs makes reasonable efforts to build plugins that work with current versions of WordPress and commonly used environments. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting setup, server configuration, custom codebase, security plugin, cache system, or third-party service.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients are responsible for maintaining backups before installing, updating, or modifying plugins.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC and BRC Labs are not responsible for data loss, downtime, conflicts, or issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting limitations, outdated WordPress installations, server settings, or customer modifications.<\/p><h2>13. Plugin Updates and Support<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Plugin updates may include bug fixes, improvements, compatibility updates, security improvements, and new features. Access to updates may require an active license.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Support may be limited to plugin-related issues and does not include general WordPress training, unrelated website repair, custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting troubleshooting, or theme customization unless separately quoted.<\/p><h2>14. Downloads and License Access<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Paid plugin downloads may require a Blueray Concepts client account and an active product\/license. Free downloads may be offered publicly or through a client account, depending on the product.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their client account, email address, license key, and download information.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">License keys may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used beyond the number of sites permitted by the license purchased.<\/p><h2>15. Refunds<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Custom design work, website work, digital downloads, plugin licenses, domain registrations, renewals, hosting services, printed products, embroidered products, engraved items, custom branded products, and other personalized items may be non-refundable once work has started, the product has been delivered, the download has been accessed, or the item has been produced.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us so we can review the situation.<\/p><h2>16. Third-Party Services<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to domain registrars, hosting tools, payment processors, email providers, WordPress plugins, themes, cloud storage services, shipping providers, and software vendors.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security issues, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.<\/p><h2>17. Website Content and Acceptable Use<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients may not use Blueray Concepts, LLC services for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, infringing, obscene, threatening, or malicious activity.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Spam or unsolicited bulk email<\/li><li>Malware, phishing, or hacking<\/li><li>Copyright or trademark infringement<\/li><li>Fraudulent activity<\/li><li>Illegal sales or services<\/li><li>Content that violates applicable law<\/li><li>Attempts to disrupt servers, networks, websites, or software<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blueray Concepts, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms.<\/p><h2>18. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Blueray Concepts, LLC retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, internal tools, code frameworks, templates, plugin code, development processes, and working files.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final approved design or deliverable for its intended business purpose, except for third-party materials, stock assets, fonts, software, plugins, or licensed content that may be subject to separate license terms.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">BRC Labs plugin code, branding, documentation, and software products remain the intellectual property of Blueray Concepts, LLC unless otherwise stated.<\/p><h2>19. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueray Concepts, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, website downtime, lost sales, service interruptions, or third-party claims.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.<\/p><h2>20.
