Outlook 2003
- Open Outlook 2003.
- Select Tools from the top menu.
- Then select E-mail Accounts.
- Select Add a new e-mail account then click Next.
- On the Server Type screen, select POP3 then click Next.
- Fill your information into the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) screen as follows:
- Your Name: Type in your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your e-mail.
- E-mail Address: Enter your full e-mail address.
- User Name: Enter your full email address.
- Password: Enter your e-mail password.
- Incoming mail server (POP3): Enter your e-mail server name:
- POP3 (Incoming)
Server: mail.yourdomain.com(net, org) etc
Port: 110
- POP3 (Incoming)
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
- SMTP (Outgoing)
Server: mail.yourdomain.com (net, org) etc
Port: 587
- SMTP (Outgoing)
- Go to the Outgoing Server tab and select My outgoing server requires authentication.
- Click Test Account Settings. If anything shows up as Failed, return to the previous window and double-check your settings.
- Click Finish. You can now use Outlook 2003 to send and receive e-mail.
Outlook 2002 XP
- Open Outlook 2002.
- Click on Tools from the top menu.
- Click on E-mail Accounts.
- In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, select Add a new E-mail Account, and then click Next.
- In the Server Type box, click POP3, and then click Next.
- Fill your information into the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) screen as follows:
- Your Name: Type in your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your e-mail.
- E-mail Address: Enter your full e-mail address.
- User Name: Enter your full email address
- Password: Enter your e-mail password.
- Incoming mail server (POP3): Enter your e-mail server name:

Server: mail.yourdomain.com(net, org) etc
Port: 110
- POP3 (Incoming)
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
- SMTP (Outgoing)
Server: mail.yourdomain.com (net, org) etc
Port: 587
- SMTP (Outgoing)
- Go to the Outgoing Server tab and select My outgoing server requires authentication.

Outlook 2000
- Open Outlook 2000.
- Click on Tools and select Accounts.
- Click on the Mail tab.
- Click on the Add button then select Mail.
- Type in your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your e-mail (for example: John Smith) and click Next.
- Enter your full e-mail address and click Next.
- Make sure your incoming mail server is set to POP3 server, then type in your incoming e-mail server name:

Port: 110.

- Type in your outgoing SMTP e-mail server nameĀ and click Next.
- SMTP (Outgoing)
Server: mail.yourdomain.com (net, org) etc
Port: 587
- SMTP (Outgoing)
- Make sure your account name is displayed correctly (for example: jsmith).
- Type in your password (case sensitive) and click Next.
- Choose a "Friendly name" (anything you want, for example: John Smith, Johnny Smith or Smitty) and click Next.
- Select "Connect using my Local Area Network (LAN)" and click Next.
- Click Finish and then Close to exit the Internet Accounts window.
