If admin has adjusted ShareSync Backup Policy, you will receive the notification in ShareSync.

If you want to change Backup the settings on particular PC:
Right-click the ShareSync tray icon and navigate to Settings > Folder Selection

If some files are excluded by Admin policy, they would have special overlay icon. No options are available for excluded files.
